2hTraining & Development is second class to big business It interferes with bonus allotments until the negligence injures or kills an improperly trained individual and they either coverup or get terminated with a slap on the wrist nobody hears about! They also have simplistic Confidentiality clauses that are transparent to lawyers who can override their intimidating words that alienate the understanding of the blue collar stereotype! They like private settlements than to be exposed, so beware of your rights and question what you are signing or get assistance, there are good,bad and very ugly Companies with spineless scum who never get taken down unless you challenge them with professional help Their tact is overkill you may not read,even if you don't you have 30 days to challenge their action if felt unfair and lawyers will not accept payment unless they win the case outright Beware of the inculcated "Buddy system" it has nothing to do with Inclusion & Diversity and its time to eliminate the proponents of subtle discrimination It's sad but many of the Bosses "Top Dogs" are foreigners who know better and the acts of the underdogs are hidden, the violators of ethics and integrity They don't care about helping people succeed
