Yeah but the guy at the end of the ladder is the brother of the owner or Project manager and if you say anything then the safety person is not on the team and is slowing down production and needs to be replaced ! That is the reality and the politics of safety! And if you are new then you dont know who is related to whom ! And this is part of the reason there is always a need for safety because they are smart enough to to leave before they get into real trouble or they are fired because of politics !
Great service article. This employee needs to be tied off with a lanyard and other safety interventions. The best safety intervention would be a man lift. A Manlifg would be much more effective for quality work and safety for the employee. This is a high risk claim waiting to happen. Serious injury or death await this employee.

5dSo, technically this is not an accident - and when the employee is injured it will not be an accident - namely because we can predict from the behaviors being filmed that an injury is predictable. This is an unsafe act and the individual filming, if a safety professional, is duty bound ethically to intervene. This is also a serious lack of planning. When this job was bid, the bidder had to know the elevations involved and should have budgeted into the bid the rental of the correct manlift to get the job completed safely (and likely more efficiently and with higher quality).
