Here's how I discovered my life's work over a simple lunch conversation. I was working at Gartner at the time and couldn't ignore a problem: Tech buyers were frustrated with sellers. Sellers were missing crucial feedback from buyers. And companies were losing deals they should’ve won. So, I grabbed lunch with a friend from a software company. He mentioned they'd invested in win-loss analysis. That's when everything clicked for me. I realized with win-loss, I could help both sides by: - Giving sellers the insights they desperately needed - Helping buyers get their voices heard 10 years and hundreds of clients later, that lunch conversation changed everything. I'm curious – what's one conversation that drastically shaped your career?
Catching up with my cousin 5 years ago who had just started working for IIN, the largest health coaching school in the world. I didn't even know a health coach was a thing. That career change has shifted my own health and helped others. (I did love my previous position, but this was a higher calling 😉)
Cool story. The power of proximity can make or break our ideas. Also …did you just open a portal to Thanos?

14hWin Loss analysis is still massively under-utilized. And it needs to be done without sales and quickly after the deal loss. If you win - make sure you do it before implementation so you only get buying feedback If you lose - make sure you're clear you're not trying to do an end run around the buying process
