I agree with Naveen Khajanchi: India shouldn't squander its demographic advantage. A 1.4 billion population is impactful ONLY IF that whole population is educated and **SKILLED** I place emphasize on **SKILLED** because not all Indians need to be "EDUCATED" and graduate with a fancy diploma/degree to contribute to the realization of #Viksit #Bharat 2047 When Sam Pitroda chaired the National Knowledge Commission (NKC) he often used the active verb "SKILLING Indians" (rather than just "EDUCATING Indians") Pitroda advocated for "apprenticeship" programs - like in #Germany - and #vocational #training - as imparted in US community colleges. Finally , I am back to share one of the most tragic chapters in India's history, the GODHRA RIOTS , it's essential to reflect on what this event has taught us as a society. These communal riots, which unfolded in 2002 following the burning of the Sabarmati Express train, resulted in the loss of countless lives and left scars on the collective psyche of the nation. Such events remind us of the importance of unity, tolerance, and the need to address societal divisions at their roots. It also emphasizes the role of leadership, legal systems, and communities in preventing similar incidents in the future. As professionals and citizens, we must strive to foster environments—both personal and professional—that encourage dialogue, inclusivity, and understanding.
