Ryan McGowan’s Post

This past semester I had the great privilege of getting to work as one of Gourmet Dining's Marketing Interns. In this position I had the opportunity to take my videography and editing skills and apply them in a whole new way by having everything I film and edit be of service to videos posted on the official Marist_Eats social medias. I helped run many special events held in the dining hall and other Marist dining establishments such as the semesterly event Midnight Breakfast. In addition to learning a great deal about the ins and outs of both the marketing and the culinary businesses, I even became proficient with Canva and got to create several different designs on the software for various purposes such as social media posts and special event menus. I would like to thank Gabriella Licini and the rest of the Gourmet Dining staff for an incredible semester as it was truly a pleasure to work and learn under them all.
