I’ve talked to a few people lately who are unhappy with where they are on their journeys. That they aren’t who they were a year ago, that they feel like they’ll never be able to get back on track, and that they just don’t know where to start back up at. So, I wanted to share some tips: 🖤 Keep it simple — what one thing can you focus on right now for yourself on your journey? And you might say, “I don’t have the time to focus on anything!” … that’s where we start. Sit down with a piece of paper and write out your entire day, where are there blank time slots? What could you move around to accommodate what you need? And remember, moving stuff around right now doesn’t have to be a forever thing, it’s just for this season. 🖤 Find a crew that you vibe with — seriously, have someone to check in with throughout the week, don’t isolate yourself — whatever you’re going through doesn’t have to be handled alone. 🖤 Find something that you enjoy — do you like to go on walks? Maybe you like to paint, or skateboard, or anything at all. Just find something that brings you joy and you look forward to each day or once a week. Sometimes we get lost in the busyness of the world, giving to everyone but ourselves — but it doesn’t have to be like that, your mental health matters and everything about YOU matters.
