The Education System in the UK is failing.
The fault is because of policies which have turned schools into grade making machines.
Education has become reduced to:
> Getting grades
> Completing menial tasks
> Preparing for the next Ofsted inspection
This is no fault of the dedicated teachers.
The root of the problem lies in the policies that have turned schools into grade-producing machines, stripping education of its broader purpose.
The Michaela approach of creating a secularised institute strips pupils of their identities and culture, aiming to create perfect citizens who fit into a society that subjugates their intellect. In turn creating bots, becoming numbers, commodities used by society without being able to think for themselves.
Schools have been deprived of their role in nurturing pupils, liberating minds, and instilling manners and respect.
When etiquette and manners are lost - then all is lost.
The result? People from different backgrounds, frustrated and unable to identify the real issue, ending up scapegoating each other.
