Citizens Advice is the new consumer advocate for heat network consumers. It couldn't come at a more important time; there's currently little protection against rising costs and poor practice, with regulation to hold suppliers to account and support consumers not yet in place. There's limited evidence on the experiences of people who access this form of energy, something we're looking to change.
