Everybody seem to have it all figured out on LinkedIn! What am I doing wrong? In a world where the internet often showcases only the polished and perfected versions of reality, it's important to remember that not everything is as it seems. Just like the man on TV who appears to be perfectly dressed in a suit but is actually sporting boxers underneath 😀 , what we see online isn't always the full picture. As we scroll through LinkedIn, it's easy to get caught up in the seemingly endless stream of success stories, achievements, and picture-perfect moments. But behind those carefully curated profiles, there's often a lot more going on beneath the surface. But here's the reality check: Not everyone has their pieces perfectly together, despite what their profiles might suggest. Behind the polished images and impressive job titles, there are real people facing challenges, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty. So, to all my fellow LinkedIn warriors who are hustling, striving, and sometimes feeling like they're falling short, here's a reminder: your worth isn't determined by your online presence. Embrace your journey, celebrate your victories, and remember that nobody has it all figured out. We're all just doing the best we can, one step at a time. Happy New week!

It never stops amazing me. Simply offering some time for a conversation to happen can produce miracles. This is a simple as simple can get. So how's it going? It's good same old same old.. Cool. Works a bit crap.... Feels a little toxic. Really? Yeah no matter what I do just doesn't feel like it's enough. It feels like I'm getting bombarded from all areas. It's like people just want to take take take... Yeah I understand that. It definitely feels like that at times. How about that time it had that great exercise session and you hit your PB how was that day at work? It was phenomenal nothing could touch me everything was on point. Nothing anyone could say hit me in a bad way..... This is where the hammer hit the nail...... Do you think it's more about how you feel on the day even before the day starts before the day happens....? It's just a small example of a simple conversation that can change the only the day but our view on the week. And if we view our week in a different way how effective how powerful would it be to view and see our year and a different way ? I've got a few conversations left over April.. Why don't we have a conversation that could affect your whole year and beyond.

Make the week count. Every week will always be same if you don't take deliberate actions to see a difference. The days of the week don't change because it's called a new week. It's still Monday to Friday nothing new. But you can make yours new and productive when you do the needful. Here's what you should be doing this week. Always affirm positive and God's word towards your life. Be ready to unlearn and relearn Test the waters this week, don't wait to be perfect. There's no word like perfect unless it is Liked to Jesus. Do a competitive research on those you model and aspire to be like. Connect/Follow them. Don't be quick to quit this week. No one ever told you failure is not part of the race. Draw out a backup plan to aid your original plan. Reward yourself this week no matter how small it is. It's what boast your zeel to do more. Here's a few that I will be doing this week. Everybody has something they want to achieve, but we are generally programmed to love convenience. And the truth is, convenience breeds excuses. Here are a few things you can do to stop making excuses: ➡ ️ Kill the comparison game: We often compare ourselves to others and their stories to our own. Look into the mirror and stop comparing yourself. ➡ ️Address the issue of fear: The reason you haven't done it is because you're afraid of not succeeding. Excuses are nothing but cosmetics, that we habitually gravitate toward because they make us feel better. Be committed to being a warrior. Be committed to being a champion. Be committed to keeping your eyes focused on the prize. You have to stay strong and trust yourself. You have to keep running that mile, run another mile. When you start to feel your grip weaken, find something to strengthen it again. Don't quit on yourself. Don't quit on your success. Don't quit on the opportunity. Don't quit being the best version of yourself. In the end, you must understand that if it comes down to it, you must ensure that you are the last person standing, strong and ready for whatever may come. People show up the best they can with what they have. I don't believe that people want to show up in a bad mood, feeling like they can't do a project, believing they're not good enough. We all want to do good in this life, and we want to be our best. So, when someone doesn't quite make the cut for you because you feel like they aren't up to the same level as you, let's stop the judging. and let's get curious. When we notice the person on the other side of us isn't showing up the way we hope for, then it's time to drop the agenda and start asking questions. 👉 How are you feeling today? 👉 Got any highlights you're looking forward to today or this weekend? 👉 What's getting you excited these days? 👉 Any big challenges you're facing that I can support you with? When we remove the judgment and we get curious, we focus on the person rather than the task. Everyone is carrying something we know nothing about. It (You) can make all the difference. Seeing the potential in another human being is powerful.
