Sooooo I am seeing so many "we're hiring" posts for content writers and copywriters that list 4,598 that the writer will be expected to do and ZERO indication of what the pay will be. Honestly, I've just started to scroll on by when that information is lacking, and I'm sure I'm not the only freelance writer, who would make a great addition to your team, that is doing so. I read numerous posts from recruiters regarding freelance content writers. Freelance writers do not complete any assignments after applying for the position. The recruiter believes they are not serious about the position. But what about those recruiters who gave assignments without payment, and when we, as writers, submit them, they simply vanish? No matter how many times you follow up with them, there is no response... I have no idea how many sample assignments I have written from the last three months. Most recruiters don't bother to respond with a YES or NO. If you are serious about hiring, only then give assignments to write on. 🙏🙏 What are your thoughts about it? 🤔 #freelancecontentwriter #contentwriter #sampleassignment
