Located in Huaihuai Middle Road in the Huangpu District, Shanghai Lippo Plaza is a modern mixed-use development with commerce, office and shopping spaces. The renovation project involves updating existing infrastructure to improve the overall energy efficiency, including old equipment in the refrigeration room. Additionally, SM is creating a cloud-based, AI big data model to regulate temperatures in real-time, reducing energy wastage and eliminating the need for human intervention.
