My Photo is Being Stolen Here Without Any Permission or Even Credit Being shocked last night, seeing this post coming from international retail media that using my photo without any permission and event put my name on the post. To make it clear, the photo that being used in this article is my photo. You can actually check it on my The Grand Outlet post on the last photo, which is very clear that it is my photo. Quite dissapointed since last night I remind them and no take down action is being taken. So I here to post and ask them to take down and clarify this thing. Really dissapointing, paid article media is using somebody’s photo, are they dont respecting us? Also, this is doubting their credibility, and showing how impactful my content even further. Anybody who want to use my photo or information, is ok but please do let me know as a respectful form. Thank you Inside Retail Asia

SIAL Jakarta 2024 – A Memorable Journey and Promising Opportunities 12th-16th November 2024 As we wrap up our incredible experience at SIAL Jakarta 2024, I’m filled with a strong sense of optimism about the future of Astra Farms in Indonesia. This dynamic country, made up of over 17,000 islands, is home to a rich blend of cultures and an exciting, rapidly growing food market. From the first day, the interest in our quail products has been phenomenal. It’s clear that there is a significant demand for high-quality, Halal-certified protein options, particularly in a nation with a thriving tourism sector that attracts close to 12 million international visitors annually. The past few days have been a whirlwind of insightful conversations and networking with top industry players in food service, catering, and distribution. It’s been truly inspiring to connect with leaders who share a vision of innovation and quality. From premium hotels and upscale restaurants to large catering firms, the feedback and enthusiasm we received reaffirmed our belief in the untapped potential of this market. Indonesia’s diverse culinary scene and commitment to Halal standards align perfectly with our vision at Astra Farms. We’re leaving Jakarta energized by the possibilities and excited about the meaningful connections we’ve built. This is just the beginning of a new chapter in expanding our footprint in Southeast Asia. #AstraFarms #SIALJakarta #HalalCertified #FoodServiceLeaders #CateringIndustry #TourismGrowth #MarketExpansion #IndonesiaPotential #InnovationInProtein

Property Dynamics in Jakarta's Premium Areas: Connectivity, Amenities, and Value - Hadzamil Azmi, MUHAMAD NUR AWALI Premium residential areas in Jakarta offer various advantages, ranging from strategic locations and modern facilities to prestigious environments. Areas such as Menteng, Pondok Indah, and Pantai Indah Kapuk have become magnets for the elite due to their accessibility to business centers, quality education, and public facilities like shopping malls and healthcare services. The high land prices in these areas are driven by strong demand and limited land availability, especially in the city center. Good connectivity, including access to public transportation and toll roads, further enhances property value, making these areas attractive to investors and buyers who prioritize convenience and prestige. Overall, the high demand for property in these areas not only increases market value but also strengthens their image as exclusive and high-value locations, positively influencing the development of surrounding areas.

🏙️ Jakarta's Hotel Sector: Balancing Opportunities and Challenges (2018-2023) 📊 Jakarta's hotel industry presents a scenario of diverse developments. As we observe the substantial growth in room supply across the city, it's an opportune time for introspection. 📌 South Jakarta has added 3,808 rooms over the past 5 years, underscoring its role as a key destination for luxury and business travelers. 📈 East Jakarta observed a decrease of 318 rooms, prompting a need to reassess market strategies and development plans within the region. 🔍 West Jakarta and North Jakarta have respectively increased their room counts by 3,005 and 1,039, indicative of continuous development efforts. 📊 In the heart of the city, Central Jakarta has shown a steadfast increment of 2,777 rooms, a reflection of its central role in the city's economic and cultural fabric, drawing both leisure and business travelers to its core. However, with Average Daily Rates (ADR) in Jakarta trailing behind those in other major Southeast Asian cities, concerns arise over the pace of room supply growth potentially outstripping the rate of demand, presenting a challenge for hoteliers in the rate optimization process. 🏗️ Looking forward, STR projects the introduction of 1,359 new rooms in 2024, with 421 and 372 rooms anticipated for 2025 and 2026 respectively. This progression points towards a potential recalibration of supply to more closely match market demand. We must now consider strategies for managing this growth while addressing the imperative to improve ADR. 🔄 It’s a nuanced challenge — the increase in room numbers calls for innovative approaches to drive occupancy and maintain rate standards. Hoteliers should explore creative marketing and service differentiation to secure value-driven patronage. 🤝 A collaborative effort is essential to augment Jakarta's appeal, ensuring that new accommodations serve as conduits to outstanding guest experiences and business viability. As we approach these industry developments, we advocate for strategic discussions that focus on achieving balanced growth and enhanced rates, contributing to a robust hospitality sector. 📎 (Source: BPS Statistics-Indonesia, STR & PT.
