Yes the technology is here for providing you a list even though they may have no built a model for something like this yet. Issues come when you get the list of 120 people and now you need to message all of them, interview them, present them, handle scheduling, negotiate an offer between the company and the candidate. If there was something that would handle all of the dirty edges here I think it would be a compelling enough solution to replace some agencies.

It’s been an incredible journey connecting with talented engineers and helping to round out an amazing team, and we need to add one more very important role. 💡 I am leading a new search! A REMOTE Staff Engineer/Tech Lead for Ethan Romba's team, the Staff Workflows squad. Link to the role and video from the hiring manager in the comments. I wanted to give more clarity on what we really need. This is a full stack role but A'OK if leaning backend. Polyglots welcome, super great if Python and Typescript are a strongsuit. What you can demonstrate in your experiential stories to interviewers: ✔️ Ability to take the lead and drive ambiguity out of a project ✔️ Experience with rapid prototyping - this project will involve a lot of pathfinding ✔️ Experience working with emergent technology and ability to make crisp recommendations to business leaders ✔️ Experience with vendor integrations with bonus points for co-development and R&D ✔️ Experience partnering closely with design, data science, and PMs ✔️ At least some demonstrated interest in AI/ML/LLMs. Could be coursework, blogs, personal projects, etc…. Doesn’t have to necessarily be professional experience, but we’d definitely take that ✔️ Ability to independently decompose large projects into consumable tasks for more junior developers, and solid mentorship experience ➡️ On the AL / ML / LLM bullet. We are moving to AI driven services, and this hire will lead the integration. It's more than an incredible bullet on your resume, although that's there.
