A few proud comments about my company: There are a lot of companies that offer software as a service products to health plans… but to the best of my knowledge, Beacon Healthcare Systems is the example where the core of the company and all of the initial products werecompliance. They foundational focus on compliancechanges everything we do, from a deep focus on data lineage built into the software, to our sensitivity to our clients compliance controls needs now, as well as over the next years. 🔍 Googling was yesterday. And today? I am surprised about the “answer machine” Perplexity AI. It takes my research to the next level. 🔎 No, Perplexity AI didn't sponsor me. They bribed me😉. Through the quality of the answers. I can hardly imagine what research was like before, back then, with Google. I get the exact answers I need. With sources displayed in text, graphics and video. Even for facts from German-speaking countries. (Spiegel-Verlag is already a partner.) And these sources are clearly weighted. Perplexity AI is free and also available as a Pro version. I think I will upgrade as soon as I have exhausted the free version. #AI #FutureOfSEO #AIinSEO

This is what I'm talking about! Imagine being a customer who relies on HCM software to run your business. And you have this huge pain where the software isn't working the way you need, so you reach out to the provider to request a change. 9 times out of 10 that story ends the way you'd expect. With various polite versions of "Sorry, can't help you." #Empeon is simply different. Because we specialize in healthcare we take customer requests and ideas very seriously. If this is a pain point for company #1, chances are it effects company #2 and many others. That's where the problem solving comes in. The mindset isn't just, "How can we fix the issue?", it's "What does the industry need to thrive?" To me it's amazing to see how many customer-driven features and updates are put out month after month. That's what we mean by partnership.
