"Find me a chatbot that doesn't suck"
...we built one, and it's 250x cheaper:
REALITY CHECK:
- Intercom charges $0.99 PER AI response (a dollar for every `change my address` conversation!!)
- That's $9,900 for 10K conversations
- We're doing it for $40 total
- Works across ALL platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, Intercom, Zendesk)
- Connects to ALL systems (Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify)
- Auto-learns from Notion/GDrive/Confluence/Website/Support Docs
Built with OpenAI + RAG + Vector DB. Not revolutionary, just profitable & learns from the company docs automatically.
No fancy features. No complex setup. Just:
- Instant customer responses
- Full context from connected systems (e.g. Shopify)
- 90%+ cost reduction

Connect with folks on socials and let them know you can help them out automating their workflow, or share some knowledge.

I'd love to explore using Zapier. It seems like a powerful tool to automate tasks across different apps. Having new customer info automatically trigger actions in other tools sounds like a great way to save time and streamline workflows. Definitely something to look into.
Ever feel like B2B SaaS language is its own dialect?
My team jokes about how the industry uses a lot of jargon to say everything and nothing at the same time. Inspired by this, ChatGPT and I came up with a 'Lorem Ipsum'—but in full-on SaaS buzzword mode.
The result? Pure hilarity. Words like 'synergized enablement,' 'cloud-native paradigm shifts,' and 'frictionless digital transformation' came together to form a nonsensical masterpiece perfect for design mockups. It's a funny yet sharp reminder of how critical clear communication is in our space.
If you're in SaaS, what's the most ridiculous jargon you've heard (or used 👀)? Drop it below—I’m building a buzzword bingo card next! 😉

The most boring work I do for my SaaS is analyse session replay of each user who signed up to @productlogz and list down their activities
I push the activity into chatgpt and ask it to write me key insights and summary
This is how we understand user behaviour in much detail and accordingly plan our roadmap & product experiments
One of the feedback we received when we launched Nile public was about why our landing page says only AI apps. The reason for this was that all new B2B apps that are being built are AI-native. The YC W24 batch has 250 companies and only 25 were consumer. The rest were mostly AI B2B companies. We thought it made sense to only focus on AI apps.
Hearing all the feedback, we modified the messaging to be more inclusive of both traditional B2B and AI-native apps. Let me know if you have feedback on this.

If Salesforce were an animal...
...which one would it be? I recently asked ChatGPT this question. I found the result, the anteater, very humorous and so I asked a few software companies. I would like to share the series of pictures with you.
Who do you think is particularly well represented and who is particularly badly represented?
Brief overview:
Salesforce = Anteater
Microsoft = Elephant
Google = Kraken
BSI = Beaver
SAP = Bee
Agree&Sign = Panda
Adobe = Chameleon
HubSpot = Hummingbird
IFS = Wolf
Which software companies are you missing?

I built an email summarizer that handles lengthy email threads. Just forward any email to [email protected], and it’ll send you back a concise summary.
As a non-developer, I’m exploring how AI can solve real-world challenges. This tool runs in the background, combining ChatGPT’s power with the automation of Google Apps Script and the deployment on Heroku.
Try it out: email [email protected]!
