"Has anyone had a surprisingly seamless hiring experience? I'm curious to know if anyone has had a hiring process that was incredibly straightforward, where everything went smoothly from start to finish. Specifically, I'm looking for experiences where: - The initial contact was made via email - The interview process was detailed and thorough - An offer was extended and accepted - The company is legally established and reputable - Everything was handled professionally and efficiently If you've had a similar experience, I'd love to hear about it! Share your story in the comments below. #hiring #physiotherapist #alliedhealthaustralia #medicalrecruitment #HR Let's discuss and learn from each other's experiences!"

Clinical Operations Hiring Managers 👋 So…you're looking to recruit top-performing people for your team but if you looked at the 'Job Adverts' for your own positions would you apply? If I've got you curious go take a look…. My guess is that they'll look something like this 👇 -------- 🔵Company Overview: Who YOU are. ( General overview that perhaps includes …. Number of employees. When you were founded etc.) 🔵Position Overview: Noting who the person will report to and what YOU will have them doing ( You know... Turn up at 9am, work 8 hours a day, and all that fun stuff) 🔵Key Responsibilities: Insert a long list of bullet points detailing what YOU want people to carry out 🔵Skills and Qualifications: Insert another long list of bullet points detailing what YOU skills you want people to have. 🔵Education: Slightly less bullet points and a note that if someone has 20 years of experience you'll overlook the fact they don’t have a master's degree or PhD ( unless you don't like them once you interview them in which case these become essential) 🔵Other note: Note… you're an equal employer Note… compensation is competitive Note… NO AGENCIES (You definitely don't need one because the advert above is going to bag you your next superstar 😂) ------- How did I do? Would you apply? Or does your advert look just like everyone else's? #clinicalresearch #hiring #jobadvert #jobs #clinicaloperations

Timelines for non-clinical roles Let’s talk real life timelines for getting a non-clinical position. I, like many other PTs, was used to having an interview and getting an offer the same day. I think this causes a lot of frustration when applying for other types of roles. ⭐️ 6 months + and 5 interviews to get my first clinical coordinator role at Navihealth. I basically followed up with HR monthly ⭐️6 months and 10 interviews to get my first manager role ⭐️Lateral move and 5 months + 5 interviews to get my current role I am an overachiever with a great work ethic and reputation and I still had to be patient to get each role. With many companies, especially large ones, hiring takes a while, opportunities are extremely competitive and factors like hiring freezes happen. Morale of my story- be patient! Work on building your resume, making connections and being persistent with applying. Resilience is the key factor and it will be tested.

💎 $128k annually minimum - RHIA,RHIT or CCS with 5 years of experience as an Inpatient Coder Imagine a job opportunity shows up online. You've got all the qualifications, but then your resume doesn't do you justice, and you miss out on that interview. Oh no, we can't have that! Some people find achieving a substantial income in the healthcare sector to be incredibly challenging, if not impossible. This is a reality for some, as I have experienced this firsthand in the past. The primary reason I was underpaid in the initial stages of my career was due to a lack of direction and strategy. I applied to numerous positions and accepted any job offer that came my way, without considering alternatives. 🤦🏾♀️ Intention and strategy are essential during the 3 step pre-interview phase ( career strategy, resume strategy, and job search strategy). Here are three key tips to strategically elevate your career and income by leveraging your current skills: 1️⃣ Specialize for Success: Utilize your AHIMA or AAPC credential as a springboard to specialize in high-demand areas. HIMSS, NAHRI, and HFMA have valuable certifications as well 😉 2️⃣ Career Strategy: Identify your unique career advantage. Develop a clear plan of action for your career advancement. 3️⃣ Resume and Job Search Strategy: Use quantifiable metrics whenever possible to showcase your impact on previous employers. Customize your job applications for each position, emphasizing how your skills and certifications make you an ideal candidate. 👉🏽 Follow @ValeriePage_RHIT for career tips, strategies, and motivation. 🏹 Share this with your work bestie!
