We are delighted to be celebrating the 1st work anniversary of our colleague Maksim Guletskii 💙 As we wanted to find out a bit more about his already year-long journey as an Infrastructure Manager at Sensorberg, we asked him a few questions and here they are... 🔍 What has been your most memorable experience at Sensorberg so far?  🌟 Maksim: My most memorable experience was the workshop days. Days when all teams come together and work on one thing - improving our products and services. Days when everyone puts in as much effort as possible to find ways to be a more efficient, productive, secure, and customer-oriented company. The crucial part that makes this happen, I believe, is the open-to-any-thoughts environment." 🔍 How has Sensorberg grown and developed during your time here?
 📲 Maksim: "The biggest change I've seen is our new software solution, OneAccess mobile app, and how many steps we have taken in developing new hardware. I'm glad to see how all the previous experiences of many people transform into something new.
" 🔍 How have you grown professionally in this last year?  🚀 Maksim: "To be honest, Sensorberg has become a big growth platform for me. I joined the company in the middle of the migration process between clouds and the development of a new software solution. All these aspects gave me the opportunity to participate in many processes that required non-standard approaches, a huge scope of knowledge, and keeping in mind the whole architecture view. Today, when we are building our new solution, it's a great chance to work with modern and cutting-edge technologies." Two years in and I’ve learned two valuable lessons: 1) Anything can be fixed with enough coffee, and 2) The phrase “It works on my machine” can save you a lot of awkward explanations. 😅 From our scrappy beginning of just 2 people to now being a solid team of 25+ problem solvers, it’s been an incredible journey. Big shoutout to Anees malik and Muhammad Ahmad Qureshi for letting me do what I do best—experiment, tinker, and occasionally push things to production when no one’s looking. I’ve broken, fixed, rebuilt, and—let’s be honest—sometimes wondered if I was the one who broke it in the first place! But hey, no great coder is without their whoops moments, right? I’m celebrating my 20th anniversary with Discovery Limited today! 🥂 People often raise an eyebrow when I mention that I’ve been here for two decades. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s becoming rare to find this tenure, and, someone still so happy! 😉 Honestly, it’s been an incredible journey, and a testament to Discovery’s purpose and people. I was lucky, at a young age to join a big organisation driven by a core purpose, and that lives and breathes its cultures and values. Power of Truth

Happy birthday blomitec!!! Five years ago we kicked off what would turn to be the most beautiful (professional) adventure of my life. Five years full of entrepreneurial roller coaster, with dizzying successes alternating with crushing failures, only to turn more successful after learning from our mistakes. I was blessed with the best colleagues I could dream of. I would like to thank each single person having joined the company and left a personal imprint in the future development. Here a five takeaways out of these five years as a founder: 1) Take care of your colleagues. This is hard, especially when you are working remotely, with higher risk of overlooking or misinterpreting distress signals. Working in a small company redefining itself on the fly while doing the work of an established team 10X it's size is so rewarding, but can be exhausting and overwhelming. 2) Select your customers wisely. Many individuals may be enthusiastic, but not have the power to make the project happen in their company. 3) Price carefully. Everything will cost you far more than you think. 4) You will receive tons of advice. Write everything down and weigh carefully what makes sense to you. 5)Embrace ups and downs. To paraphrase people wiser than me, see your company as a rolling egg. Don't worry which side is pointing up, as long as it doesn't stop.

🎉 Embracing Milestones in Hindsight 🎉 In the bustling flow of day-to-day responsibilities, balancing the rigor of work with the dedication to continuous learning, it’s surprisingly easy to overlook moments that mark significant chapters in our lives. As I reflect, I realize I’ve silently passed two notable career milestones that deserve a moment of recognition, albeit belatedly. 📆 On December 1st, 2023, I celebrated my 5-year anniversary at Movianto. This milestone isn’t just a measure of time; it represents a journey of growth, challenges, and countless learning opportunities that have shaped my professional path in ways I could have never anticipated. 🖥️ Then, on March 1st, 2024, I marked another significant transition: my first year in IT. This wasn’t just any year—it was the year I stepped out of my comfort zone in logistics to dive into the dynamic, ever-evolving world of IT. This move was driven by a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to our digital transformation efforts. Both of these milestones came and went without the usual celebrations, as my focus was deeply rooted in doing my best at work and furthering my education. Yet, in hindsight, their significance is profoundly clear. They are reminders of where I’ve been, what I’ve achieved, and the exciting path that lies ahead. I am immensely grateful for the opportunities Movianto has provided me to grow, evolve, and find my passion within the tech space. My journey from logistics to IT has been nothing short of exhilarating, filled with challenges that have pushed me to learn and grow beyond what I thought possible. To my colleagues, mentors, and friends at Movianto: thank you for your unwavering support, guidance, and for being part of this incredible journey. Your encouragement has been instrumental in my growth and in reaching these milestones. Here’s to the milestones we celebrate, those we miss, and the many more to come.
