Here's why they're not the same: ⚠️ A statistically significant difference can be minuscule and not relevant to patient outcomes. ⚠️Conversely, a trend not reaching statistical significance might hold immense clinical promise. I've had the privilege of seeing experts handle complex and unique cases with remarkable efficiency. However, many often find it challenging to share their invaluable knowledge with the broader medical community, primarily due to time constraints and the effort required for publishing.
