But it kills in cities. Where innocent and children live isnt it, how can it be a great machine? Had it been helping people to travel faster than it wud hve been a mater to applaud
absolutely great project and saving a national asset for generation more. Remanufacturing and updating is extremely sensible and effective economic way to go rather than continuing to develop new equipment unnecessarily.. Should be done with the A10 as well !!!!!!!!!! We did it with the Iowa class Battleships for over 50 years and they could and should be still in service !!!
Will increase range, fuel economy, cleaner exhaust and since the plane has been modified to be able to carry and launce cruise missiles from ranges of over 1,000 miles away...it can stay far out of harm's way.... Soon will be able to launch hypersonic missiles as well...Plus can loiter over a battlefield for almost a day and be able to drop laser guided bombs with absolute accuracy on call from ground troops !!!!!!!!!!!
Tremendous, typically British, SIMPLY THE BEST (1RECC )
What a great accomplishment for such an amazing organization taking on such a massive role in ensuring one of the most important assets in the USAFs arsenal remains a significant part of the fleet for years to come. BZ Rolls-Royce and those who've contributed countless hours to this great success.
Fantastic update and exciting times ahead!
The Rolls-Royce F130 engine represents a pinnacle of precision engineering, combining proven technology with innovative advancements to meet the exacting standards of modern military aviation.
Congrats on this update Rolls-Royce!
None of my business, should never show up on a BCA laptop, right? I thought so too...
Someone help my understanding I thought Rolls Royce engines were manufactured in England, why does it say “American Made Jet Engines” on the side?
