#FamilyDynamicsEducation 🌱💡🔍 As behavioral health professionals, we understand the intricate web of factors that contribute to substance use disorder (SUD). One key aspect that often goes overlooked is the influence of family dynamics. That's why we at Bright Mission Recovery have crafted a comprehensive blog post https://arshare.co/BSrvO to shed light on this critical issue. 🧠💭👥 Our latest post delves into the importance of family dynamics education in treating SUD. It emphasizes the profound impact our upbringing and family environment can have on our mental health, often serving as the root cause of SUD. This education not only helps individuals understand and heal their wounds but can also foster healing at a family level. 🏡💞🌳 We encourage you to share this resource with your clients. Our blog post can be a stepping stone for them to start exploring their family dynamics and their influence on their condition. If they need further assistance, they can reach out to our expert team at (747) 444-3284. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐬 Behavioral Health Workforce Pipeline By: Jaime Elder Almost half of all Americans live in an area experiencing a mental health workforce shortage while the demand for services provided by psychiatrists, therapists, counselors and social workers is increasing. Florida has been especially hard-hit by this crisis and when people can’t access the mental health services they need, it can be hard for them to focus, to function and even get out of bed. “When it comes to mental health treatment, we are seeing an increase in the severity and the magnitude of youth being diagnosed with more severe cases of depression, anxiety, and other disorders,” said Andres Torrens, Chief Program Officer of Families First. BeWellPBC has been at the forefront of solution-oriented action and in July 2019, they hosted a Think Tank with seven local universities/colleges, School District of Palm Beach County, Children’s Services Council, Southeast Florida Behavioral Health Network, and Palm Health Foundation to tackle workforce concerns like shortages in the behavioral health field and lack of diversity.
