» How does your company support employee development and learning? « All of our consultants receive on-the-job training, where they shadow our senior consultants in workshops whenever possible. This can be for both their area of expertise to expand on their knowledge, and also for other areas they may not be familiar with, but would like to gain experience. We also encourage all of our employees to continue their education through certifications and courses.
