This is a really poor post that offers literally no explanation of how these regulations will "kill the cannabis industry." Also, that graphic is ridiculous and frankly embarrassing. Your blog is usually better than this
So a day or so ago the 4th Circuit rules that if it's made from hemp it's hemp. Now California wants to change that. These people are crazy. There is no emergency to warrant this. All of these products have been on the market and consumed for years with no harm to anyone.
California has hated on hemp for decades: https://therichardrosereport.com/2013-california-hemp-act-fails-again/
Well what do you expect from a career politician who makes money on regulation , maybe watch the super packs that get funding to help block goes to. .and people behind it. Its all a grand scheme to milk the industry dry
Would love to see his bank account surge when he was paid from the cannabis trade association to sign the hemp kill bill. Dirty deeds by crooked politicians!
Newsom ruins everything, thank God he is not the one running for President.
How much Big Marijuana money is in Newsom's campaign coffers? Big M wins billions of it can kill the rest of the Cannabis/Hemp supply chain.
Can we just forget California is part of the USA? (BTW I am a native so I retain the right to talk S**t about California)
😭. To think if this passes as it stood it would kill the whole industry. Our 15 pouch cans - done

3moWhat’s up with all these illegal emergency orders coming out of democratic states? It’s like when things don’t go their way they just throw the table over using the deeply loyal to democrats administrative state to legislate.
