One of my favorite concepts from Peter Attia's "Outlive" is this approach to longevity: 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 → 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 → 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 The "tips, tricks, and routines" you see people doing on TikTok and Instagram? Those are just 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀. And they "miss the bigger picture", as David Perell puts it. While they’re not necessarily bad...if you haven't taken the time to think about what you actually want then implementing other people's tactics is like trying to solve a puzzle without knowing the picture. Begin with the end in mind. Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving, rather than focusing on what we wish we had, let’s focus on the parts of life we’re thankful for and consider how we can make those areas 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. Here’s a quick glance at how I’m approaching this: 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: - Live an active and fulfilled life with my wife and future family. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: - Build strong relationships by prioritizing time with loved ones and stay physically and mentally active to enjoy life together. 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀: - Create intentional time with my wife and family, exercise regularly (run and lift), do everything possible to have a family (currently doing IVF), and practice gratitude daily. This approach helps me stay focused on what truly matters and avoid wasting time on things that don’t align with my objective. It has also helped me stay true to what I want long-term, even when things get hard in the day-to-day ups and downs. What do you actually want out of life? Can you outline your 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 → 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 → 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀? There's no better time than now to design the life you want...and live it! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!🦃
People waste years optimizing a life they don't want to live because they haven't taken the time to think about what they actually want to do. Obvious, but it bears repeating because so much online content is about little tips, tricks, and routines that miss the bigger picture.

My solution to (all) platform changes - be ready! Have a back of up content saved and ready to go for ANY channel (new or existing). Have a bank of timeless video content you can post whatever happens, at any time, to get YOU in front of people. Ask me how to create that, uniquitously :)
