Recently, the Leadership Greater Rochester Class of 2025 held their fourth session, focusing on the Community Impact Project (CIP). The CIP offers participants a chance to hone their leadership skills and leverage their strengths while building partnerships to address a community need. Class members presented their project proposals to LGR alumni and members of the Chamber Board, who provided valuable feedback and engaged in a Q&A session with both groups. This was followed by an alumni panel that shared insights on project execution, covering topics such as fundraising, team engagement, sustainability, marketing, and community outreach. The day also featured an interactive Strengths Application session with Flourish Consulting and concluded with an impressive tour of the IBM campus.
