At Roche, we believe that accessible and reliable diagnostics are essential in tackling this global health challenge. As part of our commitment to advancing hepatitis care, we launched the Elecsys® HCV Duo assay in Indonesia. This advanced assay detects Hepatitis C by identifying both the HCV core antigen and antibodies, allowing for early diagnosis even before symptoms appear. Early detection is crucial as it helps prevent progression to chronic conditions and reduces the overall impact of hepatitis. Together, we can ensure that everyone has access to effective and timely testing. Speak to your healthcare provider about the importance of Hepatitis C testing because everyone deserves to get tested. #earlydetection #liverdisease #hepatitisawareness #HCV MC-ID-00537

📌 Eliminating Hepatitis C: Transforming Lives Through teamwork and innovative treatments, we achieved the micro-elimination of Hepatitis C among patients with thalassemia. This success has significantly improved their quality of life by reducing liver complications . Our approach focused on close collaboration between hematologists and hepatologists, ensuring comprehensive screening, timely access to care, and effective therapies. The use of direct-acting antivirals (DAAs) delivered cure rates exceeding 90% across all fibrosis stages, proving that elimination of this virus is not just a goal—it’s a reality . This project is a testament to the power of organization, innovation, and commitment to patient care. As we move toward the global 🌍 elimination of Hepatitis C by 2030, let’s continue building pathways that provide equal access to health for everyone . #HealthForAll #thalassemia #HepatitisCElimination #Teamwork #TransformingLives
