Dear Simpl Who Ideas was to implement Rs 49 for something called BillBox Access Fee. Whoever came up with the brilliant idea to implement a Rs 49 BillBox Access Fee deserves a gold star for creativity! 🌟 You think Indians will pay for Rs 49 twice in a month for accessing for accessing their bills Because clearly, the Indian public has been dying to pay an extra Rs 98 per month just to access their bills. I mean, who wouldn’t want to add a little more to their monthly expenses, right? 💸 I understand you want to improve your financial situation but doing this way, comeon But let’s be real here—charging people for something they’ve been getting for free is like trying to sell air in a vacuum. 🌬️ Come on, Simpl! You’re better than this. Or at least, I thought you were. But hey, maybe I’m missing the genius here. Maybe the next big step is charging us a ₹99 “App Login Fee” each time we open the app, or a ₹149 “Notification Viewing Charge” for every message you send us. Sky’s the limit, right? 🚀 Seriously though, Indians are savvy customers. We love convenience, but not at the expense of common sense. 😏 Maybe next time, how about we try a little innovation that doesn’t involve squeezing the last drop of blood from our users?
