Despite his advanced age, looking back on Professor Hsu's remarkable career as an academic and consultant to numerous companies, as well as his 20-year tenure as a judge for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Award, I am filled with profound admiration. EOA Graduate Spotlight: Meet Louw Barnardt CA(SA), Co-founder and Managing Director of Outsourced CFO, a business management consultancy firm in Cape Town that has helped over one thousand companies in thirty countries build world-class finance functions for their growing businesses. Louw is a Top 35 under 35 Chartered Accountant, a former Sanlam Entrepreneur of the Year and the incoming Strategic Alliances chair for EO Cape Town. We asked him a few questions and here is what he had to say: 1. How did EO Accelerator help you scale your business? EOA gave us the tools and taught us the tactics of scaling up a company. The epic learning opportunities, fueled by exiting new peer relationships and a great accountability structure, were instrumental in helping us get to where we are now. 2. What has EOA taught you about success?  EOA has taught me to think more holistically about success. It's not just growth metrics that count, but a much more holistic view on your journey as a person, a leader and an entrepreneur. 3. What advice would you give to incoming members?  Make it count! Attend the learning days. Put in the work! Build connections. This is such an epic community of fast-growing entrepreneurs - it can absolutely springboard you to the next level. 4. What achievement are you most proud of?  After joining the very first EO Accelerator cohort in Cape Town, I'm one of the first few to make the leap and join the larger EO network. Getting to be an EOA coach was also hugely rewarding. 5. Most memorable moment while in the programme? I'll never forget walking into my first Accountability Group session with Warren Lieberman as a coach.
