Challenge is on mapping the different standards/APIs (thanks Sean Kelly !) 2) Stronger combined customer service via combining AI&ML in Cloud platforms: analytics of customer sentiments (voice and text) at dnata; think of analyzing every customer interaction for certain key words, expressions to understand trends better and becoming more efficient to address concerns (from Sean Kelly ) 3) Google’s AI model as a key partner for Sabre Corporation (imho we will see more of those “exclusive” partnerships in travel soon!!) 4) Distribution is not uniform: B2B and B2C need different offerings and technology needs to be able to deliver to them 5) AI/ML as an easy tool for recommendation engines as every data point can be taken into consideration; also to generate/combine content better (to create smart caching Shazia P. )

It is not about waiting for someone to come by and ask for your product, it is about going out, approach them and see if there is a fit. You need to turn off your social security bubble. For some this is hard. I always tell my team, the booth is the space to show what we got but we need to be in the stream on the pathway to spread the word. Nobody waits for you. As a result we usually generate over 100 qualified leads per day (30 avg per person per day, some even more) Trade fairs are not suitable for every business, but for us, we can meet exactly our decision makers.
