Happy Halloween! 🎃 For many, today is an opportunity to celebrate. But why stop at Halloween? Every day offers a chance to recognize and celebrate your accomplishments. You do amazing things, but how often do you take a moment to appreciate them truly? Too often, we overlook our extraordinary impact. Here are three ways you can start celebrating your incredible achievements: 1. Reflect Daily: At the end of each day, write down one thing you did well or a small win you achieved. Whether nailing a presentation, helping a friend, or even staying committed to a goal, take a moment to recognize it. Over time, these reflections build a powerful reminder of your growth and success. 2. Share Your Wins: Sharing your achievements with those around you is not just about validation but building a supportive community. Whether it's a tired friend, family member, or mentor, sharing your wins inspires others and strengthens the bond of celebration. 3. Reward Yourself: Find meaningful ways to celebrate, whether treating yourself to a nice meal, taking a short break for something you enjoy, or planning a day of relaxation after a big project. Maybe it's a spa day, a movie night, or a weekend getaway. Rewarding yourself reinforces that your hard work is worth it and that you deserve the following positive outcomes. Ready to discover even more about what makes you extraordinary? Schedule a discovery call with me today, and let’s explore your accomplishments and potential. Let’s celebrate you every day. Be Extraordinarily Bold! 💥 #strategy #innovation #creativity #business #kingdombuilder

Are you doing enough stuff to scare yourself? When we choose to lean into things that we're unsure about, and do stuff that we feel a little unsure about, maybe even scares us...we learn new things about ourselves. We may find hidden strengths, or things that surprise us that we enjoy. Stuff we didn't know we were good at. We may also find some stuff we're not so keen on, or that we feel if we were to do again, we'd choose to do it slightly differently. We may even choose a 'Never Again' response and that's fine. Either way....when you choose to move into this unknown space, you'll have different choices to make about these new experiences. Trying new stuff is a catalyst to personal growth. So a question for you all... If you knew that you could lean into something new this week, where you could discover some new things about yourself, what could you choose to do before the week is out to make this happen? #personalgrowth #halloween #continualdevelopment

🎃 As Halloween arrives, I'll finish off the week with my thoughts on the importance of embracing fear—both in the spooky season and in our professional lives. Doing the things that scare us can be transformative, opening doors to personal growth and new opportunities. Our brains often try to protect us from fear by keeping us in our comfort zones. This instinctive response can limit our potential, preventing us from taking risks that could lead to success. Just like Halloween encourages us to confront our fears with a little fun and creativity, let's challenge ourselves to step outside our comfort zones and face what frightens us. Whether it’s public speaking, networking, or taking on a new project, remember that growth often lies beyond the fear. So, this Halloween, don’t just scare yourself with clowns and goblins— instead scare yourself with bold decisions and new challenges! 👻💪 #EmbraceFear #PersonalGrowth #Halloween #MindsetShift #Outcomes

🎃😈 Halloween, 🎃 celebrated on October 31, is a holiday rooted in ancient traditions, where people dress in costumes, carve pumpkins, and engage in activities like trick-or-treating. 👻☠️👽🤡👹🎃 Its origins trace back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, marking the end of the harvest season and the onset of winter. Celts believed that on this night, the boundary between the living and the dead blurred, allowing spirits to roam the earth. Over centuries, this evolved through various cultures, blending with Christian traditions like All Hallows’ Eve, eventually becoming the modern Halloween focused on fun, spooky festivities, and community gatherings. 🎃Confronting Fears for Growth Halloween 🎃 is a perfect reminder of the power in facing our fears. Just like we confront spooky 👻 costumes and decorations, we can also take on the areas in our lives that “haunt” us—whether in relationships, career, or personal goals. These fears often hold us back, keeping us from the growth and success we truly want. These next few days, challenge yourself to step toward a fear, even in a small way. Whether it’s a conversation you’ve been avoiding, a new skill you’ve hesitated to learn, or a goal you’ve been putting off, taking that first step can make a huge difference. ✨ What’s one fear in your life you’re ready to face head-on? ✨ #halloween #coaching #fears #lettinggo #growth Short video clip of this week’s wandering and of course the pumpkins 🎃 🎃 PS my fear on the video was the cows in my field 😆 ! I choose another cow free path 😊 and still got my walk 😉 Happy Halloween 👻
