Food should be a source of energy, not lethargy. Amongst the many actionable tips that I picked up from Dr Palaniappan Manickam, this has been the easiest to implement - Control the portions of leisure food if you can't completely eliminate it. E.g., Maggi. Order a smaller portion even if it costs more (75% of the full plate), and before you start, mentally set aside a share that you won't eat.
