Recruitment three C’s (spoiler alert - not the ‘obvious’ ones…) I met with some brilliant recruitment leaders today and we talked about being successful and driving forwards positively. Three C’s. Get them right. Life is easy (easier…!) Clarity. Capability. Confidence. As leaders and managers we should ace all three - provide clarity; invest in others’ capabilities; and instill confidence. When we’re really clear, and help our teams realise their best version of themselves… 🚀 🥇 Thanks for the conversation today. (For all those who went ‘colleagues, clients, and candidates’ you do get a prize, too… 😊🥈)

As someone who can struggle with self belief I agree with Confidence making it easier. But lack of it doesn’t mean it impossible. I have two alternative C’s to substitute for Confidence - Courage (just do it - my personal superpower) or Commitment (everyone’s superpower as anyone can commit).
