Rick thank you for sending this. Dr. Baxter penned a white paper a couple of years back giving a very eloquent and in depth explanation of the differences between the OSHA and NFPA standards. If I recall the NFPA is more of a performance standard and is one of the biggest areas that we need to help more emergency responders across the board adopt at all levels!
