disappointing lack of mention for walking or cycling in these priorities. Maybe they are "greener transport" but i'd argue that is stretching the definition. Safe and equitable access to options for active travel are key to so much, from decarbonisation, to safe communities, access to opportunities & healthier kids. A sustainable future sits on a bedrock of active travel and public transport.

It also misses the link between population density, cost, carbon and the productivity deficit so we’ll carry on spending money baking in some of the underlying structural problems.
