Do you want to learn the cheat code in landing more product manager interviews? There are so many tips that I can drop but something that's been a game changer for my community has been sending loom video pitches of themselves to the hiring managers directly. This was a new approach I took because I also get a lot of pings from video editors, marketers, and vendors on top of job candidates, and it's insane. In the past year I have been getting pitched more with video and honestly, I am very curious about video and it turns out so are the hiring managers for product management roles. Just like how most people prefer watching movies, YouTube, TikTok over books, there is just much more you can communicate over video. I am not telling you to stop applying, because you still need to play the numbers game; but if there are roles that you feel you are a really good fit for then you definitely need to record a loom video pitch.
