I am greatly humbled and highly gratified to have received my PCC accreditation from ICF. I checked my score sheet multiple times 😊 even after I received my badge. This is how aspirational and cherished this credential is for me 🌸🌸 I embarked on this journey in 2020 when I heard a Master Coach say “the client can accomplish much more in half an hour of coaching versus days of consulting”. The Coaching journey has changed my perspective and has equipped me with the wherewithal to appreciate the innate resourcefulness of my clients – compassionately, empathetically, ethically. Coaching has trained me to support the client in becoming the best version of themselves – personally and professionally. I do slip but strive to stay in coach position through self-awareness and regulation. The ICF code of ethics is truly the hallmark of our profession. This journey has been an emotional rollercoaster filled with excitement, anxiety, trepidation, inspiration, guidance, love and unwavering support by many and more. I got the gift of exposure from Global mentors, trainers, peer coaches, coachees, assessments and credentialing exams. My heartfelt gratitude to Erickson Coaching International, Sophie Bizeul, MCC, MA, Silvia Viola, Jo-Ann Harris, MCC, Sarah L. Thomas MSc, MBA, PCC, Linda Hamilton MCC, and Donna Paulson for their infinite kindness, wisdom, and patience.
