I was asked yesterday what type of leadership I practice and was taken aback a little. I am not an expert on #leadershipstyles and I thought I had developed mine after years and years of training and working in different settings such as hospitals, community care, forensic units, research labs, digital health start-ups and finally, pharmaceutical companies. So I described what I do and I was told that my style was....'#ServantLeadership'. And you know what? I really really like it! That is a good question. I would say that I’m a democratic leader and a servant leader. I can sometimes bring in other styles depending on the situation.
