The 2023 Framery Sustainability Report is here ♻ We’ve already taken a lot of important steps towards sustainability - but we’re not done yet.  Our sustainability program for 2024-2028 complements Framery’s strategy and aims to maximize the value we create while minimizing the resources we use. We are either on track or well on track to meet our targets in all but one of the program’ KPIs. People! Let's make this talk go viral. Sustainability can be heavy topic. A big reason I chose to make sustainability my career is because I have three kids that I want to have a clean and safe world to grow up in. But if you read the science, my generation will not have done enough to keep us from serious climate impact(at least not yet). Talks like these need lifted up. I'm not saying that talks from the sustainability C-suite are not important, but for many people in entry level and early career jobs, while inspiring, they are not tangelable. You don't have to have a life changing a-ha moment to join the movement of people of want to care for the only planet we have. You don't have to have an inspirational story about nature or parents who grew their own food. If you care about your own health, others health and future generations health, then great! YOU CARE ABOUT SUSTAINABILITY! I encourage you to watch this talk where Elizabeth E. gives us a hilarious and candid look at a sustainability journey.
