If your only strength is paid ads, you will always default to paid ads. While there’s value in utilizing expertise, it’s wiser to evaluate the company’s overall needs and adopt the best-suited strategies, avoiding bias-driven decisions. #BalancedMarketing #StrategicGrowth #MaximizeImpact #LookAtTheBigPicture #Growth

Don't run ads if this is you are experiencing this. Before running ads, make sure your brand and offer are clear. Paid ads will amplify what’s there—so make sure what people find aligns with your ideal brand message. https://lnkd.in/eAzDDMBt

Did you jump straight to paid ads? The truth is, paid ads are great at a certain point of business. However, jumping straight in, especially without a solid foundation & structure for the sales that will potentially come in, is detrimental to your business. Imagine if you came through an ad, you bought the product, then there wasn't support and you didn't get what you thought you were going to? That leaves a bad taste in your mouth for that business, right? Foundations are important. Proven systems are important. WAY before adding ads into the mix.

Running paid ads? You're wasting money. Even with an impeccable strategy. We've cooked something nice at Stacked Marketer: a short story on bot traffic, on how it can impact your ad spend, where it is most prominent - and how to fight it (if you can). The link to the article is in the comments.

Paid Ads aren't a silver bullet so knowing when to start makes a difference! Technically you can start paid ads at any point, but how the journey goes will be heavily influenced by your mindset and some key metrics. If there is one thing I would take away from this video, it's that ads have delivered that customer to you, what happens after that is a reflection of your other marketing efforts.

PSA: if you crack the code on paid ads. You own a free money printer. Everyone talks about cold email & LinkedIn outbound. Sure those can work well. But don’t sleep on ads. It's how I grew 2 agencies I owned to $100k+/mo in under 8 months each. And in 2024 it’s still the most scalable way to get new clients.
