Hi, everyone. We're the second days of MCAS Asia in Bangkok and it was a great show yesterday and today we are waiting in the booth to meet lot more distributors and doctors. So right now I'm standing with Barry. Welcome Barry. Thank you. How are you doing? I'm doing very well and Barry is the director for the Asia Epic operations for Reveal. So badly, like I think this is like your 20th Incus. Not really, no 20th I'd say with Paris. In Asia 2020. So how do you see like when was the first time you visited him cuz. Long back 2005 maybe? OK, 2004, OK. How do you see the change? The change has been a lot of new technologies have come over the years, and it's fun to watch that kind of stuff come around. And a lot of a lot of things have changed as far as how you can do body fat reduction and skin tightening. And so the dynamics of the market has changed dramatically. OK, OK. And you love the food in Bangkok. I love Asian food. And yeah. So now you're staying in Asia. So how do you see the American way, the Asian way? I don't consider myself American anymore. Ohh, lived in Asia for 25 plus years. I've moved here in 1998, OK, move to Singapore. And in 2008, I believe I made the decision that I was not moving back to America ever. And my wife who is Singaporean Chinese bought and I bought a house in Malaysia. And so that's where we will retire eventually, OK. So we'd like to know the people who like to know your journey in this aesthetic business. Almost like 2 decades. Sure, long time. I came from a patient monitoring background. Okay, hospitals, and my first job in the aesthetic industry was selling a plasma product for skin resurfacing. That company eventually went bankrupt as a startup company. They ran out of funding during the financial crisis of 2008. Eight, eight. Yeah. And I then went to work with a big laser company, a big laser company that we all know. And I work for them for five or six years. And then I worked with as a consultant for the company that actually acquired the technology of the plasma and I helped them get that off and. Running. And then I went to work for a company that did RF for skin tightening, one of the most successful ones, right? They did very well, sold the company to a pharmaceutical company. And after that I went to work for a another plasma device, but this time it was for skin tightening, not skin resurfacing, for skin tightening after liposuction. And just recently I joined APEC or Livia lasers in APEC. Take your experience, it's like we'll do wonders in the epic market. So you have been to India, When was the last time we visited? I usually I used to visit I4 or five times a year. I don't can't remember the last time I was there. I must have been. Sometime last year. No, I know it was at the Pune. Meeting the Iceps one, right, The Iceps one. Yeah. So how do you see like I know you have been instrumental in launching the cosmetic analogy marketed India and almost 10 years now. So how do you see how it's evolving and what is the future? I love India. I love the food. I love the people, I love the culture. It's just it's sensory overload of colors and smells and tastes and. And the biggest thing I've noticed about India when I first started going to India. All the women, and I'm usually looking at women not yeah, all the women wore sorries, OK. And now the younger generation has are not wearing sorries unless it's a special occasion. And I asked Doctor Sagel about that and she said that. Women in particular are looking after themselves better because asari hides a lot of. Mistakes over the years, not overeating. And she said the reason is, is that young ladies want to fit into blue jeans. Well, yeah. And so yeah, the. The society is changing, right. And so definitely a little bit more Western, maybe not a lot, but yeah, you're balancing it out. Balancing it out. And definitely things are more progressive. The market is growing. The economy is growing. The acceptability of the new trends is growing. So it's a different market. It's probably the. One market that I've noticed the biggest change in over the 20 years and it's as you said, it's growing, it's more progressive, They're more welcome to new technologies, They're willing to spend money on new technology. The new generations are really different zone. And so the market is developing. So see you in India very soon and hopefully it will September. Absolutely. All right, Thank you.
