LinkedIn is not your modern resume. They lie. It's instead: Your relationship builder. Imagine if LinkedIn was your coffee shop. What would you do? You'd enter carrying a drink, and OH look, there's a friend from high school you haven't seen since. You'd wave, smile, approach each other, and talk. That's how LinkedIn is supposed to work: You post → They like → You message → They reply → You connect. Instead, it turns into: You post → Nobody likes → You quit. Why? Because people forget that LinkedIn is a relationship builder, not a content graveyard. There are 1 Billion+ Members now on LinkedIn. ↳ Can you build a relationship with everybody? No! ↳ Can you create content for everyone? No! ↳ Can you make everyone happy? No! Then what should you do? Focus on building quality relationships rather than quantity relationships. So, Here are some tips: ↳ After liking someone's post, message them "I really loved what you have been creating, let's connect and meet over a virtual coffee.". ↳ After connecting, engage with their posts. If you see a job change post, message them congrats in DM. Don't just stick to comments. ↳ Post valuable content yourself and tag people who would find it useful. Surprise them with massive value. ↳ Be yourself and share your personal/professional life. Sprinkle some of your learnings as well. Storytelling connects. Remember, At the end of the day, it's not about the numbers, it's about the relationships. P.S. Relationship building becomes easy when you have a sharp profile. For that, we have already got you covered. Feel free to book a call with us! You can check our case studies on your profile, hope that helps you to take a call. Cheers!

Very relevant perspective Yogesh Agarwal 🇮🇳 I completely agree that as a community we should contribute to transforming this information wealthy platform into a deep relationship platform where we can exchange not only information (plethora of it is available on internet already) and also each one's valuable experiences which is rarely found in other spaces 👍

I’ve realized that LinkedIn is all about connecting, not just posting. 🟣 Connections = Relationships.   🟣 Relationships = Engagement.   🟣 Engagement = Value.   Approaching people like meeting friends can turn your LinkedIn experience around. Focus on quality interactions instead of worrying about likes.  Build genuine relationships, and the numbers will follow.💜 Yogesh Agarwal 🇮🇳

You nail it there: it's about meaningful connections to be had and not a game of quantity. That's what makes this virtual coffee shop become somewhere people are really having good relationships. You can be really focused on quality, real, and actually having people be engaging. Refreshing to finally see someone who speaks in favor of having meaningful interaction digitally.
