The Name of Jesus is Enough! If the greatest miracle, which is the so great salvation (of man), can be by the name of Jesus Christ without any addendum such as miracle water, soap, holy sand, anointed handkerchief, or any other medium. Then, this same name of Jesus Christ is enough for any other miracle including healing and prosperity without any of those mediums. Salvation comes no other way; no other name has been or will be given to us by which we can be saved, only this one." Acts.4.12 The employment and use of those practices is strange to the new testament church. And because of this, the Faith of many now rest in mediums and not solely in the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ plus anything else is another Gospel. It is only Jesus Christ. In Him, through Him and by Him. And my message and my preaching were very plain. I did not use wise and persuasive speeches, but the Holy Spirit was powerful among you. That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. 1Cor.2.4-5 It is because of the unbelief through ignorance of many Christians which have sponsored the use of mediums to receive from God. This was the same thing Jesus warned about: He said to them, "Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so." Matt.19.8 There are many things that we have permitted in the church which is not by the Spirit of Christ. And the fact that it produces result doesn't mean it is authentic. Even falsehood delivers sometimes. The name of Jesus Christ is greater than any prophetic action. Settle this truth in your heart. I am committed to see a generation with the understanding of the true God and who worship Him in Spirit and Truth. Until then, give yourself to the Word of God and mind transformation.

Salvation through Faith Salvation by Faith in Christ sounds too easy for many people. They would rather think that they have done something to save themselves. Their religion becomes one of self-effort that leads either to disappointment or pride, but finally to eternal death. Christ‘s simple way is the only way, and it alone leads to eternal life. The goal of Salvation by Faith is to Trust God and then live to please God. This is done by confessing our sins and making him Savior and Lord of our lives, by submitting and committing ourselves to Christ’s control (mind and will). We do this with the help of God’s Holy Spirit, who helps us do Good Works to the Glory of our Heavenly Father. In Him we live, move and have our everyday being. And the results are often a life of joy, thanksgiving, peace , true worship and forgiveness. A religious mindset wants to please God with self-effort, it wants to be honest and diligent through self determination or self control, and these often leads to guilt, apathy, depression, and constant unman approval. I pray revelational wisdom for you (From Life Application Bible - modified by me)

Freedom From Temptation 'Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.' - Luke 10:19 Although these are examples of God's protection from harm caused by the physical creation, this scripture is also speaking of mastery over the spiritual realm of the enemy (i.e., Satan). This Scripture does not say that Satan cannot inflict any harm. The scriptures abound with examples, and warnings of the enemy's damage on the godly and the ungodly alike (2 Cor. 2:11, 2 Tim. 2:26, 1 Pet. 5:8-9). However, he cannot harm us when we are walking in faith in Christ's redemptive work. There are no unique temptations. The devil likes to make us think there are. If he can convince us that no one understands, no one has ever had this problem before, then he can isolate us and take away our hope. But any temptation we face is just some variation of the same old thing. It may come in a different sized box, be wrapped in a different paper, and have a different bow, but the contents are the same. Understanding this diffuses much of the power of temptation. Even though temptation is universal to mankind, we are not left on our own. God is faithful. Jesus was tempted in all points like as we are, and yet He overcame every time (Heb. 4:15). Part of His ministry is to specifically aid us in overcoming temptation (Heb. 2:17-18). Most of us have experienced times when we thought we couldn't resist another minute. Either we were wrong, or we were on the verge of a breakthrough. The Lord promised that He would not allow us to be tempted above what we are able to bear. So, at those times when you can't stand another minute, stand two and this promise will pull you through.

Sin is interesting until it ruins and destroys you. Sin leads to spiritual death. The Bible refers to those living in sin as the living dead. They're dead while still alive. What do you think Jesus meant when He told the man wanting to follow Him, 'Let the dead bury their dead' (Matthew 8:22). People mourn physical death but are indifferent to spiritual death. However, which one should concern you more? People care for their bodies, which will turn to dust, but ignore their eternal soul and spirit, which will end up in Hell or Heaven. Jesus commanded us not to fear those who kill the body but to fear God, who can destroy both body and soul in hell. This further confirms our soul's eternal nature, therefore we must prioritize its well-being. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God (Salvation) is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23). Repent and come to Jesus today. You will receive the gift of salvation and be spiritually alive for Christ. Jonathan Asogbon #MaranathaGlobal #ourgenerationshallservethelord
