This is an interesting survey, but it also highlights the lack of clarity among retailers and brands regarding Generative AI. Key questions remain: ❓ How and where should I prioritize investments across the entire value chain—from sourcing to the end consumer—to maximize benefits? ❓ What is the current level of "tech" maturity within my organization to ensure proper adoption and, in turn, a solid ROI? There’s still a long way to go, and clearly no "one-size-fits-all" strategy exists. Gen AI emerges as the next frontier in tech disruption according to the CMOs surveyed.
