Peter Lohmann from 𝗥𝗟 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 pulled 6 years of data and confirmed what many property management companies feel—𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘳’𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸, with a ~50% drop-off in winter.
