Too often we get too caught up with trying to hack hiring, that we look past hiring the best person. - The BEST person may not have worked in a startup however may have the DNA to succeed in one. - The BEST person may not have 4-6 years of enterprise sales experience, they may have just 3 but they could be a gamechanger for you. - The BEST person may not have the 10+ years of industry experience you want, although they could have all the aptitude to make up for it.

We are HIRING! Ask yourself WHO does that entice to read further... When attracting people to join a business, do most businesses forget about LEVERAGE? What does this do for your Recruitment process? 👀 has people sit up and take notice, ♥️ people feel of value 🔑 lock people in with good engagement😢 reduce people leaving the party 🥳 Trouble is, most Recruitment Processes call to action is "We're Hiring" and this has very poor leverage....
