Regina Picciano’s Post

My first boss was a role model for this and made an impression on my belief system and work ethic at an early age He would come in early to have breakfast with the porters and stock guys in the warehouse just to make sure they knew he knew how important they (and their work) was to the company. Since then I always try to follow the golden rule of treating others as you would want to be treated. Lead with integrity and kindness!

Show people how they matter and why they matter. Always PEOPLE first.

The "smart guy that ran the 24 hour shipping Dept. for many years used to always say to me... "It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice"... HE was a wise old sage. 😎 Thanks Dom! Words matter just ask Joe LOL 🤣

Equally customers should be understanding. Flashing your smart phone in front of someone does not constitute a conversation.

Yes!! It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.
