There are some interesting ideas in this report on #community led #regeneration by New Local . It was fascinating to hear from those on the frontline of bringing forward genuinely comminity-led schemes and to share ideas about how we can unlock the potential of this too rarely used form of development to deliver new homes and new infrastructure at pace and scale, during New Local's recent workshops on the topic. There are some fascinating case studies, too, on overcoming community resistance to new development by increasing, rather than diminishing or circumventing, community control over planning. #planning #regeneration
