Market Based Conversion Rate Optimization is a methodology developed by Sergey Gordeev. MBCRO uses Google Ads to adequately evaluate where your business is now and create predictable revenue system with clear KPIs and control levers. To achieve that Sergey uses unique frameworks which he developed over the years by building sales departments for startups and working with Google Ads at Google. The unique blend of Sales and Marketing skills allows him to look at the process holistically and avoid bias towards Sales or Marketing. Some of the basic steps are: 1. Set goals, leading indicators and KPIs 2. Analyze the current state of the business (digital strategy, customer journey, primary marketing channels, support marketing channels, funnel coverage, customer avatar, website, tracking hygiene) and make necessary adjustments 3. Set up and measure the baseline 4. Discover areas of improvement 5. Work to iteratively improve those areas based on KPIs to achieve a better baseline 6. Reiterate The process: * It is a strategic integration between Reformance agency and your business using Google Ads as market indicator. Google ads is expensive, if your products will do well in Google, it will do well everywhere else* * Takes 12 months minimum (full cycle) * Might be uncomfortable for the management because often expectations doesn’t match with market behavior (ouch!) * Must involve constant cooperation with sales, product and customer support departments The result: Working and predictable revenue generating system with clear KPI’s and control levers which brings sense of clarity and control for the management and revenue for the company

I've worked with over 200+ business owners during my career being on marketing, sales and management side. The most dreadful problem is Marketing department playing it's own game using vanity metrics, being completely isolated from Sales and Financial departments. I've created MBCRO methodology to address this problem and remove boundaries between departments to make them work in synergy and turn marketing into the predictable revenue generating machine. In the first 3 months working with us executives usually experience a "cold shower" where their biases and expectations are being crushed by the market reality. Then comes the acceptance stage and steady, long term, iterative growth starts. #marketing #business #googleads

"𝓓𝓸𝓷’𝓽 𝓸𝓹𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓲𝔃𝓮 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼, 𝓸𝓹𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓲𝔃𝓮 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓻𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓷𝓾𝓮 " In today's data-driven business landscape, the mantra "𝒟𝑜𝓃’𝓉 𝑜𝓅𝓉𝒾𝓂𝒾𝓏𝑒 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝒸𝑜𝓃𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓈𝒾𝑜𝓃𝓈, 𝑜𝓅𝓉𝒾𝓂𝒾𝓏𝑒 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝓇𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃𝓊𝑒 " holds significant weight. Focusing solely on conversions can be a narrow approach that overlooks the bigger picture. While conversions are essential, they are just one piece of the puzzle. What’s the Best Approach for Setting Up a Smart Bidding Strategy? 🤔 With automation becoming a core part of digital marketing, setting up a smart bidding strategy is key to maximizing results. But how do you ensure you’re doing it right? Here are a few steps to consider: 1️⃣ Define Your Goals 🎯: Is your priority conversions, ROAS, or lead generation? Ensure that your smart bidding aligns with your business objectives. 2️⃣ Set Up Proper Conversion Tracking 🔍: Without accurate tracking, it’s impossible to feed valuable data to the algorithm. Ensure that your conversion actions are properly tracked, whether it’s form fills, purchases, or sign-ups. 3️⃣ Choose the Right Bid Strategy 🧠: Not all smart bidding strategies are created equal. For awareness, try Maximize Clicks. For sales, Target CPA or Maximize Conversions is ideal. For high-value transactions, Target ROAS might be the best fit. 4️⃣ Feed the Algorithm with Quality Data 📊: The more data you provide, the better the AI can optimize. Use historical performance to give the algorithm a strong foundation. 5️⃣ Test and Adapt 🔄: Don’t “set it and forget it.” Smart bidding is powerful, but you’ll need to monitor and adjust based on performance. Regularly review your campaigns and fine-tune your strategy. Smart bidding can truly unlock performance potential if done right. What's your approach? Share your tips and experiences below! 👇 #SmartBidding #DigitalMarketing #PPC #GoogleAds #MarketingStrategy #Automation

📈 Maximizing Success with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)🚀 In the digital world, driving traffic to your website is only half the battle. The real challenge lies in converting that traffic into valuable actions - be it sales, sign-ups, or subscriptions. This is where Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) comes into play. #CRO is the systematic process of increasing the percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action. It involves understanding how users navigate your site, what actions they take, and what's stopping them from completing your goals. Here are some key reasons why CRO is crucial for your digital strategy: 1️⃣ Improved Customer Insights: CRO can help you better understand your key audience and find what language or messaging best speaks to their needs. 2️⃣ Better ROI: Higher conversion rate means making more of the resources you have. By studying how to get the most out of your acquisition efforts, you'll get more conversions without having to bring in more potential customers. 3️⃣ Trust: For a user to share their credit card, email, or any sort of personal information, they have to genuinely trust the site. A website that looks and feels professional, is intuitive to navigate, and has a smooth user experience will lead to improved trust. 4️⃣ Scalability: While your audience size may not scale as your business grows, CRO lets you grow without running out of resources and prospective customers. Audiences aren’t infinite. By turning more browsers into buyers, you'll be able to grow your business without running out of potential customers. Remember, successful CRO strategies involve a deep understanding of user behavior. It's not about getting the most number of visitors to your site, but rather about getting the most value from the visitors you already have. #CRO #DigitalMarketing #ConversionRateOptimization #BusinessGrowth #LeadGeneration #Website

Regular work with reviews is not only a mandatory procedure, but also an effective strategic tool for growing your business. 👇🏻 Below, we'll tell you how you can use Google reviews to increase trust and loyalty to your brand and attract new customers. 1️⃣ Encourage customers to leave reviews on Google Maps! The more reviews a company profile has on Google Maps, the higher the likelihood of improving its position in search results. Prompt customers to share their experiences: ▶ after completing a purchase ▶ on the website ▶ on social media ▶ through SMS and email newsletters 2️⃣ Respond to all customer reviews! By addressing every review, you show that you value your customers' opinions and are ready to resolve any issues. ✅ If it’s a positive review, thank the customer, mentioning specific details from their feedback (fast delivery, great service, etc.).This approach strengthens customer relationships, shows attention to detail, and can encourage future purchases. ✅ If it’s a negative review, apologize, offer a solution, and leave or request contact information for further communication with the customer. 3️⃣ Continuously monitor and analyze your reviews on Google Maps! Regularly monitoring reviews helps identify trends, recognize the strengths of your company, and understand areas that need improvement. With this data, you have the opportunity to: 🔸 Make targeted adjustments to your marketing strategy; 🔸 Improve the effectiveness of your advertising campaigns; 🔸 Enhance audience engagement. 4️⃣ Integrate Google Maps reviews! Positive Google reviews can be used across various communication channels to enhance trust and brand loyalty. 🔹 Display them on your website 🔹 Use them in different newsletters, advertising campaigns, and banners 🔹 Share them on social media 🔹 Include them in presentations for potential clients/partners. #googlemapsreviews #googlemaps #reviewsongooglemaps #googlemybusiness #googlereviews #digitalagency #marketingagency

Everyone's hustling for more traffic. More ads, more reach. But here's the kicker: Is this really cutting down customer acquisition costs, or just inflating them? 🤔 Here's 10 things I learned to actually reduce customer acquisition costs: #1 Rethink Your SEO Strategy: It's not just about ranking high, it's about ranking right. Focus on long-tail, intent-based keywords. They attract customers who are ready to buy. #2 Leverage Existing Customers: Word-of-mouth isn't old school; it's gold. Create an engaging referral program to make satisfied customers are your best salespeople. #3 Optimize for Conversion, Not Traffic: Don't be the store with heavy footfall but no sales. Fine-tune your website for user experience and make buying irresistible. #4 Retarget Wisely: Not all visitors are equal. Identify high-intent visitors and retarget them. It’s like reminding someone who left their restaurant dessert on the table. #5 Content that Educates: Be the expert they trust, not just another seller. Create content that solves problems, not just sells products. #6 Email Marketing, an Underrated Gem: It’s personal, direct, and cost-effective. Segment your audience and personalize. It’s about having a conversation, not shouting in a crowd. #7 Collaborate, Don’t Compete: Partner with complementary brands. It’s a win-win; you double the audience and halve the effort. #8 Streamline Your Tech Stack: Sometimes, less is more. Use integrated tools that cover multiple functions. Efficiency reduces costs. #9 Focus on Customer Lifetime Value: Acquire customers who stay, not just those who click. Build loyalty programs that reward repeat purchases. #10 Data-Driven Decisions: Your data tells a story. Listen to it. Make decisions based on what’s working, not just what's trending. Are these strategies foolproof? Of course not. But they challenge the conventional 'spend more to earn more' mindset. The aim is to be cost-effective, not just cost-intensive. What would you add?

🌟 Client Feedback Is Key to Success 🌟 I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with a client to generate quality leads through Google Ads. Their kind words and positive feedback remind me of the power of truly understanding a client’s needs.
