We also recognized the significant impact of framing conditions, which often shape the effectiveness of any GTM approach.
Our experts also recommended suggestions like GTM OS, ICP, Positioning, or the Playing to Win framework. However, these could be categorized under our primary pillars: framing conditions, GTM strategy, GTM operations, and GTM tactics.
In recent weeks, we've meticulously identified these four pillars' subcategories. While we may still need to cover everything, we're proud of our progress and committed to adjusting as we go.
