I like this piece because I believe shifting away from the typical "boss" type of CEO is good for modern organizations. On the other hand, we do seem to keep recycling frameworks from the past decade. Upon first reading, "Adaptive Leadership" sounds like Servent Leadership + Agile/Lean product tactics. Which is good—I like both of those things. Things I believe about leadership: -Problem-solving is a creative act. -True business leadership is mentorship. -Leaders: hire people with the intent that they will tell *you* what to do, not vice versa.
