Hi Goodmorning everyone I used to work for Pepsi 5 years ago I care about the brand so much and respect the brand , I been trying to comeback and work but I was wrongfully blacklisted from ever reapplying I’m been pleading for help from my HR from the San Fernando California branch but they refuse to help me and ignore my emails and calls saying they will help but turned they back on me , I wanna have a career with Pepsi and work if there’s anyone that could help me I’d gladly appreciated it breaks my heart how i was treated I love this company it’s more than just a job too me
And it is probably best done at a time you are not looking for a change, as the networkee will probably smell out your need and become cautious. Do it, well, as a matter of routine; all the time.
At a program we ran this week one of the participants asked the CEO for advice - his answer: "your network is your net worth"

5moThis is really practical and helpful advice - thanks Natalie Keast. I’ll share to coachees and teams. I’m reading ‘Who, not How’ by Dan Sullivan which builds on this mindset. We’ve been trained to ask ‘How’ do I achieve a goal. Instead, let’s ask ‘Who’ can help me to achieve a goal. It’s a mindset that opens up collaborative action which by definition is exponential in potential.
